We're looking for an Implementation Support Specialist to join our team in Loughton, working from our office located conveniently on Loughton high road, 3 minutes walk from the Central Line station.

The role is office-based, offers flexible hours (Min. 28 hours per week) within the school day, and is ideal for someone local who wants stable, meaningful work without sales targets or pressure.

The role at a glance:

  • Implementation Support Specialist

  • £25,000-£30,000 DOE full time equivalent, pro-rata
  • Open to part-time (for example 30 hours per week)
  • Hours worked between 9:00am and 5:30pm, flexibly within that window

What you'll be doing

You'll help set up new customers once they join Paiger. This includes:

  • Creating and configuring customer accounts
  • Adding and managing users
  • Completing all account initial admin tasks
  • Supporting product setup
  • Making sure everything is ready for the training team

All work is managed through our Helpdesk, with clear priorities and no guesswork.

You won't be selling, managing accounts, or delivering training. Your job is to make sure setup is done right. You will report to the Support manager and work as part of a team.
