Head of Revenue Operations
Drive cash performance. Shape strategy. Lead excellence.
We’re supporting a leading multi-billion-pound organisation in the search for a Head of Revenue Operations. A newly shaped leadership role designed to elevate the financial operations and cash management strategy across a complex, fast-paced business.
This is a career-defining opportunity for a strategic yet hands-on commercial leader who thrives at the intersection of finance, operations, and customer delivery.
As Head of Revenue Operations, you’ll own the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) cycle. You will ensure that billing, collections, credit management, and partner operations all work in harmony to protect and maximise cash flow. You’ll bring clarity, governance, and energy to a key revenue-generating function, developing high-performing teams and embedding a culture of commercial ownership across the business.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and inspiring large teams across billing, collections, and credit to deliver operational excellence.
 - Driving performance and efficiency across the O2C lifecycle - from invoice accuracy through to cash collection.
 - Managing complex financial operations, negotiating settlements, and safeguarding the Group’s cash position.
 - Partnering with Finance, Treasury, and external stakeholders to ensure robust financial control and reporting.
 - Building relationships with 3rd-party suppliers and partners to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
 - Setting strategic direction - balancing structure, compliance, and pragmatism to achieve measurable results.

You’re commercially minded, financially fluent, and understand that cash is king. You combine strategic foresight with operational depth, and your background may include senior experience in billing, revenue operations, or credit management within a large, complex business - ideally in a wholesale or partner-driven environment.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience, ideally leading large, multi-disciplinary revenue operations teams.
 - Strong understanding of billing systems, ERP/CRM platforms, and revenue recognition principles.
 - Strategic and commercial acumen - you know how to turn data into decisions.
 - A calm, structured leadership style with the confidence to influence at all levels.
 - High integrity, resilience, and a drive for continuous improvement.

You can expect a comprehensive benefits package including a base salary up-to £90,000pa plus a bonus between 20%-40%, 30 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, hybrid working and flexible hours, private medical, company pension, free parking and much, much more...
This is not a maintenance role; it’s a growth platform. You’ll shape the commercial heartbeat of a high-performing organisation, leading a key function that directly impacts business success. In return, you’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking culture that recognises and rewards impact, offering exceptional scope for progression and visibility at Group level.
If you’re ready to lead one of the most critical functions in the business - driving performance, efficiency, and cash excellence; we’d love to hear from you.
