We’re looking for an eDiscovery Project Manager who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and excited to work in an environment where your ideas and impact will matter from day one.

About the role

The eDiscovery Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of eDiscovery projects across the matter lifecycle. This role requires strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with clients, legal teams, and internal technical stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality and defensibility standards, while also supporting the adoption of AI-enabled processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage eDiscovery matters from project initiation through completion

· Coordinate workflows across data processing, review setup, quality control, productions, and reporting

· Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, counsel, and internal teams on active matters

· Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and regular status updates

· Track project scope, deadlines, risks, and budgets, escalating issues as needed

· Support review management activities, including batching, QC, and production readiness

· Ensure adherence to defensible eDiscovery processes and established best practices

Required Qualifications

· 2–3 years of hands-on eDiscovery project management experience

· Experience supporting matters across key eDiscovery stages (processing, review, productions)

· Familiarity with one or more eDiscovery platforms (e.g. Relativity, Nuix, etc.)

· Strong understanding of deadlines, quality control, and defensible project delivery

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

· A proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail

Bonus points if you have:

· Relatvity Certified Administrator (RCA) or other relevant certifications

· Experience with analytics, TAR/CAL, or AI-assisted review workflows

· SQL, scripting, or technical troubleshooting experience
