Above all, they recognise that their people are the key to their success and have created a supportive working environment where teamwork, trust, and professional development are encouraged.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the financial operations of a Managed Service Provider (MSP), ensuring accurate billing, effective cash flow management, and robust financial record-keeping. You will play a key role in managing recurring revenue billing, preparing and processing client invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting commercial decision-making through the provision of timely and accurate financial information.Manage sales and purchase ledgers including invoicing and paymentsProcess monthly recurring MSP billing and project invoicesPerform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial recordsMonitor accounts receivable and carry out credit control activitiesSupport month-end processes (journals, accruals, reporting)Assist with VAT returns and compliance activitiesProcess expense claims, payroll support, and supplier paymentsMaintain audit-ready documentation and financial controlsMSP-Specific ResponsibilitiesManage recurring revenue (MRR) billing cyclesTrack client profitability and contract performanceSupport PSA system billing integrations (e.g. Halo, Autotask, ConnectWise)Assist in financial reporting tied to service delivery and utilisationSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience in accounts, finance administration or bookkeepingStrong understanding of accounts payable/receivableExperience with accounting software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)High attention to detail and accuracyStrong Excel skills and data handlingAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent communication skillsWhat we offer in return to the successful Accounts Executive:AAT study support typically adds £1,000£2,500 uplift per levelMonday-Friday- (hybrid working)Salary negotiable £28,000- £32,000 depending on the experience25 Days Annual Leave per year plus bank holidays.Company events and many more!This is an exciting opportunity to be part of aninnovative, forward-thinking organisationthat values talent, fosters career progression, and empowers its team to make a real impact.Paradigm Employment Services Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.TPBN1_UKTJ
