Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Implementation Manager based in the London Area, United Kingdom or Malmö, Sweden. The Implementation Manager will oversee the end-to-end onboarding of clients, coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions, and ensure project milestones are met. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide training, and ensure a seamless integration of the company's AI solutions. This role requires a mix of technology expertise, customer relationship management, and problem-solving skills to drive successful project execution.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in project management, workflow coordination, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
  • Technical aptitude, including familiarity with software systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and technical teams.
  • Understanding of finance operations is a plus
  • Prior experience in SaaS, AI, or finance-related industries is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
