Marketing Manager

Paraglide is a fast-growing startup building AI agents for finance teams. Our billing support agent automates replies to customer invoice queries in the finance inbox. Where legacy software sends templated payment reminders that customers ignore, Paraglide's collection agent runs the entire two-way conversation — reminders, replies, and follow-ups — all within existing email threads.

We've recently raised $5M from top-tier global VCs behind companies like Anthropic, Shopify, Perplexity, Twilio, and LinkedIn. Our founding team has previously scaled SaaS startups from zero to $20M in revenue.

The role

This is our first marketing hire, reporting directly to the CEO and co-founder. You'll be a full-stack generalist driving demand generation across content, community and events, ABM, email, advertising, and web. Expect a fast-paced environment and a team that moves quickly. You execute with urgency and take full ownership, end to end.

Qualifications

• 2–15 years in marketing at a B2B startup, or at an agency serving B2B startups and scale-ups, with a solid grasp of demand generation fundamentals
• You can point to several concrete ways you've used AI to 10x your output
• You have a get-shit-done mentality
