Senior Data Engineer - Systematic Hedge Fund

Paragon Alpha are partnered with a top performing Systematic Hedge Fund currently managing around £30b in AUM. As part of their growth plans for 2026, they aim to bring on an experienced Data Engineer to build global data Lakehouse solutions for different trading desks.

Responsibilities:

  • Software and infrastructure design/implementation in AWS cloud environment
  • develop data pipelines in Python
  • performance optimization of the data lake
  • building tailored data solutions for traders/quants

Ideally looking for a Data Engineer with 5+ years of experience and strong Python/SQL skills (C++ is a plus).
