Software Engineer - Multi-Strat Hedge Fund - AI Systems - £400k

Paragon Alpha are working with one of the worlds most successful multi-strategy hedge funds, who have a huge emphasis on culture and work life balance, as well as high performance.

They have a central technology team who report to the CFO, COO and Head of Trading; building applications that span all asset classes, underpin trading strategies, and impact hundreds of end users. They're looking for an excellent C# or Java Engineer (Codebase contains both languages), but also someone with AI, distributed systems and database exposure.

Stack: C# or Java, Kubernetes, Kafka, React, LLMs
