Software Engineer - Systematic Hedge Fund

Paragon Alpha are collaborating with one of the top performing systematic Hedge Funds who have managed to triple their AUM in the past few years. Due to their impressive performances over the 2020's, they aim to aggressively build out their front office teams within their London office.

This role will primarily focus on evolving their high-performance trading platform, building tools and automation, and owning/evolving their observability stack. This is a great opportunity to work closely with other developers, researchers, and traders to improve business-critical systems.

They are seeking a developer with a strong academic background, Python proficiencies, and a proven track record of delivering scalable systems.
