The RoleWe are seeking a proactive, reliable, and organised Executive Assistant (EA) to join the Glasgow Technology division. Supporting senior stakeholders and their teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, building trusted relationships, and delivering high-quality administrative and project support.

Key Responsibilities- Stakeholder Support: Engage with senior leaders locally, regionally, and globally.
- Travel & Expenses: Arrange and manage travel bookings, itineraries, visas, and expense processing.
- Diary & Meeting Management: Coordinate schedules, meetings, conference calls, and logistics across time zones.
- Project & Event Support: Assist with planning and execution of regional/global events.
- Data & Insight: Contribute to analysis and reporting for leadership teams.
- Visitor Liaison: Prepare schedules and agendas for senior internal and external visitors.
- Team & Office Support: Oversee desk/space management, assist new starters, and maintain team procedures.
- Collaboration: Support colleagues with ad hoc tasks and ensure smooth coverage during absences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom).
- Confident, approachable, and professional, with strong communication skills.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining a broader perspective.
- Resilient and resourceful, with the ability to handle last-minute changes.
- A team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
