💼 The Opportunity
As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll be part of our dedicated BeNeLux team, focusing on sourcing mid-to-senior level interim professionals for our European clients.
You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality talent solutions to a diverse client base, from innovative start-ups and scale-ups to Fortune 500 companies and global brands.
🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver mid-to-senior level professionals within the Technology sector
- Partner with existing client relationships to help expand and strengthen those accounts
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and screening to placement
- Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, and referrals
- Support recruitment across Europe
🎯 What You Bring
- Previous experience in recruitment delivery or candidate sourcing
- Knowledge or interest in the Technology sector (preferred but not essential)
- Experience managing the full recruitment process
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for quality delivery
- A proactive, organised, and relationship-focused approach
