Kong is The AI Connectivity Company, and we are scaling fast. We are looking for a Commercial Outbound Account Development Representative (ADR) to be the front line of our growth. The RoleAs a Commercial Outbound ADR, you will identify and qualify new business opportunities across the EMEA commercial segment.
Build and run outbound campaigns end-to-end, from idea to qualified meeting.
Engage decision-makers across the phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing, acting as a connector rather than just a top-of-funnel rep.
Keep Salesforce clean and manage a tight pipeline.
Language: Fluency in Dutch is essential.
Coachability: You take feedback well, apply it quickly, and actively ask for more.
Skills: Strong, clear, and confident communication, both in writing and on a call.
Curiosity: A genuine curiosity about technology-you don't need to be an engineer, but you must want to understand what Kong does and why it matters.
