The Role

Your Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and close opportunities within the financial services, investment, and corporate sectors.
- Pipeline Management: Proactively manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and high conversion rates.
- Solution Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions and deliver tailored platform demonstrations to address client pain points.
- Strategic Networking: Build strong relationships with C-suite executives, heads of procurement, and risk management leaders.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to position our platform as the premier benchmarking solution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Marketing teams to provide client feedback that informs our roadmap and messaging.
Key Requirements
- Experience: A proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within FinTech, RegTech, or Financial Services.
- Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of the financial services ecosystem and an interest in ESG, risk management, or operational resilience.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to articulate complex data concepts to senior decision-makers.
- Mindset: A "disruptor" mentality—comfortable in a fast-paced environment and driven by exceeding targets.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a disciplined approach to CRM management (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
