About The Role

The Account Executive plays a key role in addressing client needs and supporting them in reaching their objectives with speed, agility, and accuracy. Working alongside the Key Account Director on a specific book of clients, you will act as a data creation partner, unifying smart technology and thoughtful expertise to support intelligent decision-making.

We are looking for a professional who feels intrigued by a role that combines sales acumen, project management skills, and an understanding of the sampling side of the market research industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Growth: Work with the commercial lead on a named stable of accounts to understand their business and expand relationships for maximum share-of-wallet.
  • Responsive Service: Respond to incoming quoting requests from clients at speed, reliably, and accurately.
  • Project Liaison: Collaborate with project managers on execution to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables that result in customer delight and financial return.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve in-field challenges by working directly in our platform alongside project managers to ensure customer delivery.
  • Data Management: Ensure all data, project, and client information is captured in sales systems to enable reporting and data-driven management decisions.
  • Commercial Expansion: Support the wider organization on topics relating to account management, project management, and revenue operations.

Desired Experience & Skills

  • Fast-Paced Delivery: Proven ability to work in high-speed environments with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in a B2B and/or market research environment is an advantage.
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable but not essential.
