The Role
As an Account Executive, you'll drive new business across the UK and EMEA regions. You'll manage the full sales cycle, work with both inbound and outbound leads, and collaborate cross-functionally to win high-impact deals.
What You'll Do
- Own the sales cycle: prospect demo close
- Target SMB and Mid-Market segments with a focus on "new logo" acquisition
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Channel teams on territory planning
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Hit or exceed quota while providing a great buyer experience
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (preferably mid-market or enterprise)
- Track record of closing new business deals
- Strong communicator and trusted advisor to technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English (required); another European language (German, French, Italian, or Spanish) is a plus
- Self-driven, coachable, and curious
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in Microsoft 365, InfoSec, or IT Management tools
- Sold into regulated industries (finance, healthcare, public sector)
- Familiarity with tools like Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo
