Junior Business Development Manager Package:

Requirements:

  • Generate leads for Account Managers and the sales team through outbound calls (warm & cold leads).
  • Confidently and professionally engage potential clients.
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records within our CRM system.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
