Business Development Manager

Join our growing sales team as a Business Development Manager. This is a full-cycle sales role, meaning you'll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business from start to finish.

You'll be selling HubSpot implementation services, not the software itself. This is an ideal position for an experienced SDR looking to step up or a current AE seeking to move into the exponentially growing CRM and HubSpot services space.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of working from our Chester office on Mondays and Thursdays. The rest of the week offers flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: From prospecting and initial outreach to closing new business and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Generate pipeline: Use proactive outbound methods like cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Build relationships: Nurture relationships with HubSpot's sales reps to source and influence partner-sourced opportunities.
  • Manage your own accounts: Accounts stay with you post-sale, giving you the chance to develop long-term client relationships and drive future revenue.
  • Conduct strategic sales conversations: Align business needs with the right services and solutions.
  • Meet or exceed targets: Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets for both project-based work and recurring service agreements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven success in outbound-led, full-cycle sales roles. This is a self-sufficient position with no SDR support.
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based sales, ideally in CRM, digital transformation, MarTech, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Confidence in building relationships from scratch with target prospects and partner sales teams (especially HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms; HubSpot is a bonus but not required.
  • Motivation and accountability: You take full ownership of your pipeline and performance.
  • Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills.
