As a Graduate Professional Services Consultant, you will work for a software company. This role is a blend of technical expertise, client-facing communication, and project management. Key Responsibilities
- Conducting demonstrations and consulting sessions and documenting them with meeting minutes.
- Documenting customer business requirements and mapping them functionality.
- Utilizing industry knowledge to advise customers on best practice implementation approaches.
- Planning, managing, and communicating project progress to achieve milestones and maintain momentum.
- Managing customer expectations regarding project scope, timeline, responsibilities, and risk management.
- Configuring the application to meet customer requirements.
- Providing follow-up consulting and assistance to customers.
- Assisting the Business Development Director with presales activities like product demonstrations and gap analysis.
- Creating detailed and accurate specification documentation for clients when system customization is needed.
- Assisting the Project Manager with project documentation, managing the delivery plan, and handling risks, issues, and budgets.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum 2:1 degree in Business, Computer Science, Maths, or Facilities Management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly in collating and manipulating data in Excel.
- Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS).
- Familiarity with project management and common software implementation methodologies.
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to absorb new product knowledge and multitask across multiple projects.
- Attention to detail and meticulous organization.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude.
- Strong relationship-building skills and adaptability.
