Role Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client's EMEA market presence. You'll engage with potential clients, qualifying leads and building relationships that translate into qualified sales opportunities. Working closely with experienced Account Executives, you'll contribute directly to revenue growth and company success. This is a chance to make a real impact within a thriving organization.

Main tasks include
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to generate sales opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to develop opportunities in target accounts.
  • Conducting initial client conversations to identify needs and present solutions.
  • Utilizing various communication channels to engage prospects (email, phone, web conferencing, etc.).
  • Developing a deep understanding of the client's technology and its applications.
  • Creating a positive customer experience through professional engagement and knowledge sharing.
  • Consistently exceeding KPIs for meetings held and qualified sales opportunities generated.
Requirements
  • 6+ months professional experience and a Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies; experience with information management tools a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred) and standard productivity tools.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and data management skills.
  • Team player with high integrity.
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions is a significant plus.
  • Experience working within the database or tech industry is a significant plus.
