Responsibilities
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to generate sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop opportunities in target accounts.
  • Engage prospective customers, identifying challenges and presenting solutions.
  • Utilize various tools (email, phone, web conferencing, etc.) to engage prospects.
  • Learn about the company's technology and how it addresses enterprise challenges.
  • Create positive customer experiences through professional communication and knowledge.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs for meetings held and qualified sales opportunities generated.
Qualifications
  • 6+ months professional experience and a B.A./B.S. degree.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and positive attitude.
  • Excellent phone and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to learn new technologies (SQL, CIS, CS experience a plus).
  • Attention to detail and proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (Google Docs, MS Office, etc.).
  • Team player with high integrity.
