Sales Development Representative
Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Salary: £35,000 Base + £15,000 OTE (Uncapped) (Negotiable based on experience)
Location: London - Hybrid (3 Days In-Office per Week - London)
The role
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating strategic account lists, building relationships, generating leads, engaging with prospects, and qualifying opportunities. You will work closely with Senior Sales Managers and the Marketing team to drive new business within Tech.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research and map key target accounts and decision-makers within key markets.
- Generate pipeline through multi-channel outreach (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking).
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using recognised frameworks (e.g. MEDDICC, BANT).
- Book qualification/discovery meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to the Sales Team.
- Consistently meet activity, pipeline, and opportunity creation targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, outreach tracking, and pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, events, and lead generation.
About You
- 1–2 years SDR/BDR or inside sales experience in a complex, enterprise B2B environment.
- Confident in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple prospects.
- Target-driven, proactive, and interested in technology and emerging trends.
- Competency in effectively utilising a sales technology stack.
