The Opportunity:

They are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to join them during an exciting phase of growth. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on sales and leadership, giving you the opportunity to mentor junior team members while driving new business opportunities.

The opportunity:

In this role you will:

  • Generate Leads: Actively research and identify potential clients fitting the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), focusing on labour-intensive, regulated sectors.
  • Drive Outreach: Conduct personalised multi-channel outreach (phone, email, social media) to capture interest in automating training compliance.
  • Qualify & Convert: Perform discovery calls to understand prospect challenges and book qualified meetings for senior Business Development Managers.
  • Lead the Team: Mentor junior SDRs, track team metrics, and foster a motivated culture to prevent burnout and drive performance.
  • Manage Data: Meticulously track sales activities and prospect info in the CRM.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as an SDR, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment (HR/LMS knowledge is a bonus).
  • Exceptional ability to articulate the value of complex software solutions.
  • A resilience to hit targets and a problem-solving mindset to uncover compliance challenges.
  • A desire to manage and develop a team, with excellent planning and organisational skills.
