You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience by testing our latest software, creating intuitive documentation, and managing the internal systems that keep our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing expert assistance via help desk tickets, video conferencing, and direct communication.
- Proactively troubleshoot and triage issues, ensuring effective resolutions and clear escalation paths.
- Conduct rigorous testing of new features, providing actionable feedback to our development team to enhance usability.
- Develop high-quality support documentation and user guides to empower our clients.
- Manage internal IT infrastructure, including workstation administration (macOS), server maintenance, and software lifecycle management.
- Assist with essential administrative support, including reporting and invoicing.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve both our product functionality and internal support workflows.
- A genuine enthusiasm for software systems and technical problem-solving.
- A logical, methodical approach to managing multiple priorities.
- Professional communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across various mediums.
- Proficiency in Apple macOS administration.
- Experience in a helpdesk environment, familiarity with DAM/PIM platforms, or experience with Linux OS are considered valuable assets.
- The salary within the benefits - £30k basic, with OTE takes your package higher
