Change Manager

Are you an experienced Change Manager who thrives in fast-paced, transformation-led environments? Do you enjoy shaping how businesses adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working?

We’re looking for a proactive and highly capable Change Manager to play a central role in one of our clients most strategic enterprise transformation programmes.

This is the first hire they have ever made into this role, and as such, you’ll be at the heart of a business-wide transformation covering CRM, ERP, and data modernisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, programme leaders, and global teams, you’ll drive adoption, embed change, and ensure our people are fully equipped to succeed by leading the end-to-end change strategy across a major transformation programme which will see you working with senior stakeholders.

To be considered, we are looking for individuals with proven experience delivering change within tech-enabled transformation programmes and strong stakeholder management skills with an eye for detail
