Site Support Technician – 1-Month Contract (Potential Extensions)

Location: Bromborough, UK (Onsite)

Rate: Up to £220 per day (Inside IR35)

Start Date: 6th October

Duration: 1 Month (with potential for extension)

A leading global consultancy (name anonymised) is seeking Site Support Technicians to join an onsite deployment project in Bromborough, UK . This role offers a hands-on opportunity to provide IT support and maintenance within a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for delivering day-to-day technical support and maintenance for production and development systems, ensuring smooth IT operations and effective service delivery. The position involves both onsite and remote support across a range of technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Deliver end-user support across Windows 10 and Microsoft Office environments
• Build and configure new laptops, including imaging and deployment
• Diagnose and resolve desktop hardware faults
• Provide mobile support (iOS and Android)
• Offer basic printer setup and maintenance support
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and timely issue resolution

Requirements

• Proven background in IT support within a corporate or enterprise environment
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, and standard desktop technologies
• Experience with imaging processes and hardware builds
• Familiarity with mobile device and printer support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
