Modeling Team Lead

A team leading Modelling and Software Engineering Manager for the UK is wanted by a leading business in the Power Markets sector. Leading 3-4 squads with a total of c. 20 team members, you will be responsible for the teams' development and as such genuine technical credibility is required.

Reporting into the Head of the Modelling, you will own the roadmap, delivery and future recruitment where needed.

We are seeking individuals with prior team leadership experience which includes experience hiring, a software engineering background, strong communication and experience building and operating models, ideally in the power markets but this is not essential.

This role requires 3 days a week in the office and sponsorship is not available.
