Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect Finance Domain

Location: Norway (Onsite Travel Required)

Contract Duration: 24 Weeks (Short-Term Workshop Engagement)

Start Date: 13th October 2025

We are recruiting on behalf of a global consultancy delivering a strategic transformation workshop for a leading energy client based in Norway. The engagement will involve a short-term, high-impact assignment to define the future to-be SAP landscape and transformation roadmap for Finance under a SAP First approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate workshops to assess the clients current SAP S/4HANA Finance landscape.
• Develop the to-be architecture and transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise goals.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP Finance solutions (GL, AP, AR, AA, Closing Cockpit).
• Produce actionable deliverables and documentation as workshop output.
• Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders to define the SAP transformation journey.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• SAP consulting experience, including in architecture roles.
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including system design, integration, and roadmap planning.
• Strong understanding of SAP Fiori/UI5 for Finance processes.
• Experience in business process mapping, gap analysis, and transformation planning.
• Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior exposure to Oilfield Services or Engineering industries (preferred, not mandatory).
