ServiceNow Technical Architect – £790/day – Inside IR35 – Remote/Hybrid – London

Contract until end of August 2025 (very likely to extend)

We're hiring 2x ServiceNow Technical Architects to lead the design and performance optimisation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations for a major client in London.

Rate: £790/day

IR35: Inside

Location: Remote or hybrid (flexible)

Start: Immediate

Duration: Until end of August 2025 (with strong extension likelihood)

Key Responsibilities:

• Define scalable, secure ServiceNow architecture and governance.
• Design and optimise new modules, custom apps, and integrations.
• Lead code reviews and enforce platform development standards.
• Tackle performance bottlenecks and improve platform health.
• Collaborate with BAs and Product Owners to deliver technically robust, demo-ready solutions.
• Provide strategic technical direction to development teams.

Desirable:

• CI/CD for ServiceNow
• ATF (Automated Test Framework)
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders
