Our client, a fast-growing energy technology company focused on trading and optimisation of energy storage and renewable assets, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their team in Oxford.

What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across the UK and Australia to deliver high-impact technical and product initiatives.
• Support project planning, requirements gathering, and scope definition.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Maintain clear visibility of project progress using tools such as JIRA.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines while ensuring smooth coordination between Product and Tech teams.

What I need from you

• Proven experience managing technical projects within software development or data science environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile and traditional delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency in JIRA and other project tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently across time zones.
