The business operates internationally and places strong emphasis on long-term client value, strategic partnership and measurable outcomes. The Role: This is a senior, account growth-focused role responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of large, global client relationships. The Client Director builds trusted, senior-level relationships, identifies growth opportunities within existing accounts, and introduces solutions that align with clients' strategic objectives. The role involves full ownership of account strategy and commercial outcomes, working closely with internal consulting and delivery teams to ensure an excellent client experience. Engagements are typically multi-year, high-value contracts, requiring credibility and influence at C-suite level. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Grow revenue within existing accounts through strategic opportunity identification.
  • Add value across the full buying cycle through insight-led, consultative engagement.
  • Build and manage a robust account pipeline and forecast accurately via CRM.
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements with a focus on long-term value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver successful client outcomes.
About You:
  • Proven experience in consultative, solutions-led sales.
  • Fluent French speaker (essential).
  • Experience selling professional services, training or consultancy solutions preferred.
  • Strategic account thinker with strong commercial judgement.
  • Highly credible with senior stakeholders and confident operating at C-level.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
