Project Coordinator -Tamworth -UK Location:  Tamworth(On-site) Salary: £30,000 Relocation Paid: No Additional Details:  MUST be a car owner/driver Job Description:   We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our fast-paced PMO team. You will support the successful delivery of key projects, including ERP/WMS implementation and critical internal initiatives, by coordinating activities, managing communications, and driving project progress.   • Collaborate with project managers to plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities for timely delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, deadlines, and budgets, proactively addressing deviations.
  • Prepare detailed project documentation, including scope documents, business cases, project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment.
  • Track project expenses and resources, maintaining accurate records and producing reports.
  • Support risk management and issue resolution, escalating challenges promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Contribute to improving project management practices by implementing best practices and process enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project coordination or administration of projects, with a demonstrated track record of success in driving projects to completion.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, coupled with the ability to effectively prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Prince2 or Project Management certification would be advantageous.
