Our client, Commify, is a global CPaaS leader powering more than 5 billion customer interactions annually across SMS, RCS and complex mobile journeys. With 25 years of category leadership, strong private equity backing and a newly launched cloud-native platform (Connect), the business is entering a high growth phase with a clear ambition to double ARR year on year.
The Opportunity
Commify has successfully delivered its next-generation platform and now requires a product leader who can turn strong foundations into a world-class, commercially driven product engine.
The CPO will:
- Build a scalable, high-impact product organisation
- Embed rigorous prioritisation tied directly to revenue growth
- Position Commify at the forefront of AI-led CPaaS innovation
- Align product, GTM and technology around aggressive global expansion
- You will move the business from project-led delivery to a product-led growth model.

- Act as strategic challenger — bringing external scale-up and PE experience
The profile we are seeking:
This is a specialist board level leadership role. Experience must include:
- Deep B2B CPaaS expertise (mandatory) or exceptional SaaS background within associated industries.
- Proven experience scaling through private equity growth cycles
- Building and restructuring product organisations for rapid commercial scale
- Strong commercial instinct — product as a revenue engine, not a feature factory
- Clear conviction and practical experience in AI-driven product innovation
- Executive presence to influence peers, boards and investors
