Junior Sales Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team, providing essential administrative and after-sales support to some of the UK’s leading retailers including John Lewis, Costco and Selfridges.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, a real passion for delivering excellent service, and a desire to develop within a thriving business. - Previous administration experience (sales admin/wholesale experience beneficial but not essential)
Key Responsibilities: - Enter and process wholesale orders within the SAP system
- Send order confirmations and manage any out-of-stock updates/ETAs
- Prepare and send proforma invoices
- Upload and manage customer orders via a range of client portals
- Provide first-class after-sales support
- Complete new product line forms and supply product images/documentation to clients
- Monitor and manage seasonal and brand-led orders
