IT Support Engineer – Fixed Term Contract
Location: Wembley (On-site) with occasional travel to Uxbridge
We are looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on 1st and 2nd line technical support across hardware, software, and network systems. You will manage hardware lifecycle tasks (auditing, relocation, decommissioning) and support BAU and projects including Windows 11 and SharePoint migrations.

You will manage hardware lifecycle tasks (auditing, relocation, decommissioning) and support BAU and projects including Windows 11 and SharePoint migrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve IT support requests (hardware, software, network)
- Set up and configure devices and peripherals
- Support user onboarding/offboarding and account management
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 desktops and Windows Server environments
- Assist with Windows 11 deployment and SharePoint Online migration
- Manage networking issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Basic Linux knowledge
- Experience with PCI compliance
