We are partnering with a global technology company to hire a proactive Office Administrator to support their UK team. Based in Uxbridge, this role is central to keeping the office running smoothly and creating a positive, productive environment.
The Role
You will act as the central point of contact for all office operations, ensuring a seamless day-to-day experience for employees and visitors. This is a varied, hands-on position combining facilities management, administrative coordination, and employee support. From managing suppliers and office logistics to supporting onboarding, events, and internal communications, you will play a key role in maintaining an organised, compliant, and engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, suppliers, and workspace upkeep
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel, and communications
- Maintain records, risk assessments, and asset tracking
- Support expenses and basic finance administration
- Organise team events and provide front-of-house support
- Coordinate onboarding, including IT setup and inductions
- Ensure compliance with UK regulations and training requirements
- Assist employees with benefits and internal policies
- Manage internal communications and engagement initiatives

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident, proactive, and people-focused
- Experience in office admin or coordination roles
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
