Partner Financial is partnering with a high-growth, infrastructure-focused business operating within the digital and energy sectors. The company is delivering large-scale, capital-intensive projects across the UK, with a focus on next-generation infrastructure and sustainable power solutions. Backed by significant investment and led by an experienced leadership team, the business is entering a critical phase of expansion and execution.
With an increasing pipeline of complex projects and financing requirements, the business is seeking to appoint a Corporate Finance Manager. This is a high-impact role focused on building, owning and refining financial models to support debt structuring, capital raising and strategic decision-making. The position offers direct exposure to senior stakeholders and external financiers and will play a key role in shaping the company’s funding strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining complex financial models to support project-level and group-level decision making.
- Leading detailed debt modelling, including structuring, sizing, covenant analysis and scenario testing.
- Supporting debt raising activities, including preparation of materials for lenders and participation in financing discussions.
- Developing and refining project finance models for large-scale infrastructure developments.
- Running sensitivities and stress testing to assess risk, returns and funding capacity.
- Partnering with senior leadership on strategic planning, investment appraisal and capital allocation decisions.
- Supporting negotiations with lenders, investors and other financial counterparties.
- Enhancing modelling standards, documentation and processes across the business.
- Contributing to broader corporate finance activities, including M&A, joint ventures and structuring initiatives.
The candidate:
- ACA qualified (or equivalent), with an investment banking background.
- Strong exposure to financial modelling and debt advisory.
- Experience within infrastructure, real estate, data centres or other capital-intensive sectors.
- Advanced financial modelling skills with ability to build models from first principles.
- Strong understanding of debt structures, financing documentation and lender requirements.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented and commercially minded.
- Confident communicator with ability to engage senior stakeholders and external counterparties.
