The purpose of this role is to support the design, planning and implementation of change, in line with business strategy.

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role and we are looking for candidates in any of the following areas - London, Bristol, Oxford or Birmingham.

The Business Engineer will be responsible for

  • Supporting the design, planning and delivery of business change projects
  • Developing consistent systems and processes to support best practice across the business
  • Ensuring that IT and broking applications/platforms remain fit for purpose
  • Advocating the broking applications optimisation
  • Supporting on broking system migration projects, including configuration, mapping, documents, testing and training design and delivery
  • Assisting with data analysis for the business
  • Assisting development and maintenance of SQL data warehouse
  • Promoting and developing approaches for process and system improvements to continually enhance the colleague and client experience
  • Supporting the design and delivery of training and communications on agreed projects
  • Building and maintain strong relationships with third party suppliers on technical development of systems and telephony infrastructure
  • Maintaining own CPD
