IT Support Analyst
IT Support Analyst/Desktop Support - Permanent - up to £35,000 plus benefits
We are currently recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join a leading company. The company are based in central London and you will be needed onsite four days a week.
What you will be doing:
- Provide 1st & 2nd line IT support to staff
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Support with other activities such as account creation, laptop imaging and configuration, desk setup, mobile configuration, equipment distribution and collection etc.
What they are looking for:
- Experience in an IT Support/Desktop support/Service Desk type role
- A good understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and desktop deployment
- Familiarity with ticketing systems
- Excellent communication & problem solving skills
