IT Support Analyst

IT Support Analyst/Desktop Support - Permanent - up to £35,000 plus benefits

We are currently recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join a leading company. The company are based in central London and you will be needed onsite four days a week.

What you will be doing:

• Provide 1st & 2nd line IT support to staff
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Support with other activities such as account creation, laptop imaging and configuration, desk setup, mobile configuration, equipment distribution and collection etc.

What they are looking for:

• Experience in an IT Support/Desktop support/Service Desk type role
• A good understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and desktop deployment
• Familiarity with ticketing systems
• Excellent communication & problem solving skills
