IT Business Analyst

IT Business Analyst – hybrid – 6 month contract – £350 to £450 a day

We are currently recruiting for an IT Business Analyst to support with an infrastructure project. Whilst prior infrastructure experience is not essential, any experience within infrastructure/networks/cloud projects would be highly advantageous. This is hybrid role and is inside of IR35.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for the capture and management of business requirements
• Map out & analyse the customer journey for new solutions/projects
• Document As Is/To Be business processes, user stories and explore ways of improving a process
• Ensure the scoping of projects remain on-time and to budget
• Liaise with users to ensure operational issues and are driven through to completion

What they are looking for:

• Ideally at least 2 years experience as a Business Analyst within IT
• Experience supporting infrastructure/cloud based projects would be advantageous
• Excellent stakeholder & communication skills
