D365 Business Central Support Consultant

Role Description
This is not a traditional support role.
As a D365 Business Central Support Consultant, you’ll be embedded across the full client lifecycle — from go-live and hyper care through to ongoing support and optimisation.
Working within a small, autonomous pod, you will:
- Support go-live planning and hyper care activities
- Deliver end-user training
- Own post go-live support and helpdesk management
- Investigate and resolve functional support issues
- Identify opportunities for system improvement
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
This is a hands-on role with real ownership and visible impact on client success.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
- Has strong functional knowledge across BC modules
- Is experienced in support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Can translate business requirements into practical solutions
- Has worked within the Microsoft partner ecosystem (experience with ISVs such as Continia, Tasklet, Jet Reports is a plus)
- Is comfortable working alongside developers and understanding technical concepts
- Has strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Thrives in a proactive, hands-on environment
