Role Description — Go-To-Market Leader / Commercial PartnerThis is a full-time, remote, revenue-owning role for a Go-To-Market Leader or Commercial Partner.
You will own growth, not advise on it.
Your mandate is simple:
Identify demand, open doors, convert enterprise-grade customers, and scale repeatable revenue.
You will design and execute go-to-market strategy, close strategic partnerships, and drive customer acquisition across the enterprise, government, and regulated industries. Success is measured in contracts signed, revenue generated, and markets opened—not meetings attended.
This role is suited to someone who thrives on commission, performance incentives, and long-term equity participation. There is a clear path to buying into the company for the right individual.
What You Will Do- Build and execute revenue-generating go-to-market strategies
- Open and close enterprise, institutional, and strategic partner deals
- Identify high-value verticals and priority markets
- Drive pipeline creation, deal structuring, and commercial negotiations
- Work directly with founders and senior stakeholders to scale growth
- Turn market opportunity into signed contracts and recurring revenue
- Proven closers with a track record in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales
- Individuals who prefer commission, performance pay, and upside over fixed salaries
- Operators who act, execute, and deliver—no "meeting for meetings" culture
- People who want to earn, build, and eventually own
- Self-starters are comfortable operating remotely and independently
- Experience in cybersecurity, data privacy, SaaS, or regulated markets is a strong advantage
