Remote biased hybrid (2-4 days a month onsite)
Lead Software Developer / Development Manager working hands-on across multiple client systems, building and improving web applications using PHP, React, and JavaScript for a well established software firm with an impressive client portfolio.
You’ll work across a mix of existing PHP codebases (including Laravel) and newer builds, staying hands-on while leading and supporting other developers and acting as the technical point of contact in client discussions.

Skills and experience
- Full stack development across PHP, React, and JavaScript
- Strong PHP experience, including Laravel and existing codebases
- Experience building and maintaining web applications
- Team leadership or management experience
- Experience mentoring developers and reviewing code
- Confident communicating with clients or stakeholders
- Able to work across multiple systems or projects simultaneously
- Suitable candidates may currently be working as a Lead Developer, Technical Lead, Software Development Manager, Development Team Leader, or Senior Developer with leadership responsibility
