Product Lead – Sports Betting (Football Focus)
Remote - UK based
This is a rare opportunity for a football betting-native product thinker, someone who understands how football bettors behave, to take control of an established, high-performing, community-led betting product, combining content, audience, and affiliate-driven performance, and push it significantly further.
In this exciting, fast paced role, you’ll be working directly with the owners and engineers of a fast-growing betting platform that has already achieved strong market traction and sustained growth. They are all deeply connected to the industry, constantly generating ideas, and are looking for someone equally obsessed who can join that conversation from day one, contributing ideas, challenging them, shaping them, and turning the best ones into real, testable product improvements.
You’ll have the freedom to innovate, experiment, build, and iterate quickly, working directly with engineers to build and test ideas quickly without layers of approval or drawn-out planning cycles. The focus is simple: take something that already works and make it perform better, by building, testing, and learning what actually moves the needle.
This is a fully remote role within a stable, high-growth business, where you’ll be brought in at a respected level with genuine influence over the direction of the product, clear progression as the company scales, and the opportunity to work alongside other people who are just as close to the pulse of the football betting market.
What you’ll be doing
- Turning ideas, yours and others’, into live experiments that can be A/B tested in the product
- Building or shaping tools, features, and flows to validate those ideas quickly
- Analysing data on how bettors interact with the product and identifying opportunities to improve performance
- Using the latest systems, tools, and AI technology to prove and ship ideas faster
- Measuring outcomes, understanding what worked and what didn’t, and iterating accordingly
- Working directly with engineers and design to build and release improvements quickly
What we’re looking for
- Strong understanding of football betting and how users behave
- Background in sportsbook, trading, product, data, or a closely related environment
- Someone who truly enjoys building, testing, and improving things based on real outcomes
- Confidence to contribute ideas, challenge others, and engage in product conversations early
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment without heavy process and structure
