As a Technology Engineering Apprentice, you'll dive into coding, problem-solving and building digital products people use every day. Forget tea runs. Think real projects, real customers, real impact.

Four years. Big learning. Real projects

This apprenticeship is a deep dive into software engineering. You'll study at Manchester Met and apply your learning directly to projects at Lloyds.

You'll Cover Modules Like

  • Programming fundamentals & databases
  • IT project management & cyber security
  • Full stack web development
  • Software design, architecture & enterprise programming
  • Testing, quality assurance & professional practice

By the end, you'll graduate with a degree-level qualification and four years of hands-on experience.

We'll pay your salary
and
fund your degree. You'll end up with:

What You'll Need

  • You'll need to be 18 years old on the 1st September 2025.
  • GCSEs at grade 4 – 9 in both Maths and English (obtained).
  • 3 A Levels at grade BCC. These grades can be predicted, but any offer made to you will be conditional upon successful achievement of these qualifications.
