OpenTWINS - Technical Services Manager
I am partnering with a leading Reinsurance Broker looking for an OpenTWINS superuser to become the subject matter expert across their Technical Services function.
In this role you will act as the go-to expert for OpenTWINS, helping to drive consistency, efficiency and best practice across the business while supporting system enhancements, process improvements and user engagement.
The Role
- Act as the primary OpenTWINS Subject Matter Expert across the business
- Support and advise Technical Services teams on system functionality, best practice and technical processing matters
- Manage OpenTWINS administration, including user maintenance, templates and configuration
- Lead user training and support colleagues in developing their OpenTWINS knowledge
- Drive system enhancements, upgrades, testing activities and continuous improvement initiatives
Your Experience
- Extensive experience within London Market Technical Processing
- Expert-level knowledge of OpenTWINS is essential
- Strong understanding of Technical Services processes and associated operational controls
- Experience delivering training, coaching or knowledge-sharing initiatives
- IT literacy in Word, Outlook and Excel
