  • Leading post-implementation reviews to assess operational impact and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Driving business efficiency initiatives and leading ad hoc internal reviews or project work.
  • Working closely with vendors, third parties, and internal teams to ensure effective delivery.
  • Ensuring project activity complies with internal policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation on shared systems.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager
  • Strong, proactive, and independent project management capability, comfortable working with a hands-off management style.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at senior levels.
  • Strong organisational skills with a proven track record of delivering projects to agreed deadlines.
  • Experience producing management information, reporting, and dashboards for senior audiences.
  • Good awareness of the regulatory environment within insurance and its impact on business operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
  • Confident communicator, able to present ideas clearly in both written and verbal formats.
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel, Word, and familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Monday.com or similar).
  • Lloyd's market experience is desirable but not essential.
