We are looking for dynamic, ambitious, and commercially driven Sales Executives who can help expand our merchant and partner network, generate new business, and contribute to the growth of the company.

Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, approaching potential merchants and partners, generating leads, conducting sales discussions, maintaining follow-ups, and supporting the closure of deals. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in payments, fintech, merchant acquisition, and business development, and should be confident in building relationships with clients across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential merchants, partners, introducers, and referral sources
  • Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, WhatsApp, Telegram, networking, and referrals
  • Promote PayAgency’s products and services, including payment processing, cross-border solutions, virtual IBANs, open banking, crypto-related solutions, and partnership opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of hot, warm, and cold leads
  • Conduct initial qualification of leads based on business model, geography, processing needs, and commercial fit
  • Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients and partners
  • Present PayAgency’s solutions in a clear, professional, and persuasive way
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and keep opportunities moving forward
  • Coordinate internally with management, compliance, operations, and partnership teams to support deal progression
  • Maintain accurate updates on pipeline status, follow-ups, meetings, and conversion progress
  • Meet individual and team sales targets
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates on sales activity and progress
  • Share market feedback, competitor insights, and potential new opportunities
  • Support the company in expanding its merchant portfolio and strategic partner network

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, merchant acquisition, fintech, or payment processing is preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident in speaking with merchants, partners, and decision-makers
  • Ability to understand and explain payment solutions clearly
  • Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management ability
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • Good organizational and reporting skills
  • Familiarity with high-risk industries, global payments, or payment processing is a strong advantage

Preferred Experience

Candidates with exposure to any of the following will be considered an advantage:

  • Merchant acquiring
  • Payment gateways
  • PSP sales
  • Cross-border payments
  • Open banking
  • Forex, gaming, crypto, or high-risk merchant sales
  • Referral partnerships or business introducer networks
  • International B2B sales
