Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Belfast. The role involves managing and driving sales initiatives, developing marketing strategies, providing exceptional customer service, delivering training sessions, and overseeing sales operations. The specialist will work closely with clients to support their fundraising goals and promote the use of Payaz’s digital tools.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to deliver effective Training sessions to clients or teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in technology and digital tools; familiarity with payment systems is a plus
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience of working in the charitable sector would be advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
