You will work hands-on with cutting-edge foundation models and orchestration platforms to build autonomous agents, copilots, and intelligent workflows that integrate directly into core enterprise systems.

What You’ll Do

Design AI-Native Workflows

• Architect intelligent agents using advanced reasoning models
• Structure prompts for reliability, determinism, and auditability
• Build multi-step agent workflows using orchestration frameworks
• Develop autonomous and human-in-the-loop systems
• Implement RAG pipelines and memory-backed agents

Build Enterprise-Grade Automation

• Deliver production workflows in Power Automate
• Connect AI agents to CRM, ERP, Finance, Support, and internal systems
• Automate document processing, approvals, reconciliations, and reporting
• Build event-driven workflows across email, Teams, APIs, and databases

Architect Agent Systems

• Modular task decomposition
• Guardrails and validation layers
• Structured output validation (JSON schemas, rule checks)
• Logging, observability, fallback logic, and confidence scoring
• Secure credential and secrets management

Governance & Scale

• Ensure explainability and traceability
• Design compliant automation aligned to enterprise standards
• Identify high-ROI use cases across departments
• Develop reusable AI automation templates
• Help establish internal AI standards and best practices

Tech Environment

AI & Agents

• Advanced reasoning models (e.g. Claude)
• Code generation models (e.g. Codex)
• Prompt engineering & evaluation frameworks

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8+ years in automation engineering, AI systems, or solutions architecture
• Experience deploying LLM-powered workflows in production
• Proven ability to automate complex business processes end-to-end
• Experience integrating AI into enterprise environments at scale
