We’re looking for a proactive and solutions-driven Senior Technical Support & IT Operations professional to lead and optimise our technical systems and support function. This is a pivotal, hands-on role with responsibility for maintaining and improving IT infrastructure, leading an offshore tech support team, and ensuring cybersecurity and compliance across the organisation.
This is your chance to transform how IT supports the business, identifying inefficiencies, driving new initiatives, and implementing impactful improvements across systems and teams.
Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide expert-level problem solving for complex IT issues
- Serve as escalation point for high-priority tickets
- Maintain consistently high levels of hardware and software support
IT Process & Infrastructure Improvements
- Identify and streamline inefficient workflows
- Maintain and optimise systems for maximum uptime
- Pitch new tech/processes to stakeholders with clear ROI
Cybersecurity & Risk Management
- Perform regular cybersecurity reviews and vulnerability assessments
- Implement proactive breach prevention strategies
- Stay updated on emerging threats and compliance standards
Technology Implementation & Training
- Lead deployment of new tools, platforms, and hardware
- Deliver staff training sessions to ensure smooth tech adoption
- Work directly with vendors and internal stakeholders
Strategy & Continuous Improvement
- Drive innovation and suggest new tools that improve operations
- Lead technical upgrades and automation initiatives
- Translate tech into business value with confidence and clarity
- 5+ years in senior IT support/operations roles
- Experience leading tech support teams (including offshore)
- Expertise in networking, infrastructure, and remote asset management
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles & IT compliance
- Proven track record of implementing tech improvements across teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Zoho Workspace & ticketing systems
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, ITIL, CISSP) preferred
